Adaptive Swim Classes

2 Years and older

Adaptive swim lessons are individualized 1:1 classes tailored to each swimmer’s unique abilities, challenges, and goals. These lessons prioritize water safety skills first, followed by stroke development and swimming fundamentals at each child’s own pace. Our instructors hold specialized training in adaptive aquatics and collaborate closely with families and therapists to ensure every swimmer gains confidence, independence, and life-saving skills in a supportive environment.

Adaptive Sensory Class

2 years and older

Our sensory classes are designed to provide a calming, engaging environment that helps children regulate their sensory systems through water-based activities. These classes focus on gentle movement, sensory play, and exploration to support body awareness, motor planning, and emotional regulation. Sensory classes are typically the best fit for individuals with physical disabilities who are looking to relax or achieve physical therapy goals with more ease in the water. Led by instructors trained in adaptive and sensory integration techniques, our sensory classes help swimmers feel grounded, safe, and confident in the water.

Parent Education Class

Adult & Child together

Our parent education classes are designed to empower caregivers with the tools and confidence they need to support their child’s progress in the water. In these classes, a parent or caregiver joins their child in the pool to learn specific techniques tailored to their child’s unique needs. Instructors guide parents through strategies to help their swimmer overcome individual roadblocks and build skills safely and effectively in their own backyard or community pools. These classes are scheduled through purchasing a punch pass for a set number of classes rather than committing to a monthly membership, offering flexibility while ensuring meaningful growth and learning for both parent and child.
